What to include
- Your device (iPhone or iPad model) and its iOS or iPadOS version.
- What happened, and roughly when, for example the time a video failed.
- A screenshot of any error message, if you have one.
Never send your Apple ID password or payment card details. We will never ask for them.
Common questions
My video failed. Do I lose my credits?
No. If a video fails to generate, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. If the credits are not back, email us with the approximate time you tried.
How do I get a refund for a purchase?
Credit packs are bought through the App Store, so Apple handles purchase refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete Account & Data. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and when.
Where are my finished videos?
Finished videos are kept in the app's History on your device. Save the ones you want to keep to your Photos.
Which devices are supported?
FanCam AI runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later.
